Ligurian Dinner

Our goal for this class is to teach you a few classic dishes from the Ligurian region of Italy. The two most famous dishes are pesto and cacciucco (fish stew). In addition to the classic green pesto made with basil we will teach you a lesser know but just as tasty bianco pesto made with ricotta and walnuts.

  • Trofie al Pesto

  • Trofie al Pesto Bianco

  • Cacciucco - Traditional Tuscan seafood Stew

What’s Included:

  • All cutlery and ingredients needed to prep and create the dishes

  • Recipe cards

Please note that you will be standing and cooking for up to 2 hours. We advise that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
