We will teach you how to make a Timpano, the Italian masterpiece that is the center of the feast in the movie Big Night. A dish layered with meatballs, sausage, salumi, pasta, eggs, cheese and ragu all wrapped in a delicate pastry. A true celebration of flavors and textures! You can then take this work of art home, cook it and serve it with the other dishes from our class to make a 3 course dinner party in your home that night for up to 8 people!
