A dish layered with meatballs, sausage, salumi, pasta, eggs, cheese and ragu all wrapped in a delicate pastry. A true celebration of flavors and textures! You can then take this work of art home, cook it and serve it with the other dishes from our class to make a 3 course dinner party in your home that night for up to 8 people! (Up to 2 people can attend for the same price. You will just be making the same amount of food)

Finally a portion of the proceeds will be given to The Samuel Floersheimer Foundation which is dedicated to raising the awareness of how to improve the health and wellness of children with Down Syndrome.
