A Sardinian Dinner

Our goal for this class is to teach you not only how to make a few dishes from the wonderful Island of Sardinia. This Blue Zone (many residents live to be more than 100 years old) offers many tasty and interesting foods that you must try and add to your upcoming dinner parties.

What you will learn:

  • How to poach seafood

  • How to make Sardinian Gnocchi

  • How to sweat an onion properly

  • How to peel and seed a tomato

  • How to make a simple tomato sauce with saffron

  • Balancing Flavors

  • General Knife Skills

  • Meal organization

The Menu:

  • Marinated Seafood Salad

  • Malloreddus (Sardinian Gnocchi) with Saffron Tomato Sauce

  • Seadas - Traditional Pastry with Honey and Pecorino Cheese

What’s Included:

  • All cutlery and ingredients needed to prep and create the dishes

  • Recipe cards

Please note that you will be standing and cooking for up to 2 hours. We advise that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
