Our Goal:
Our goal for this class is to teach you the proper way to make, roll/form, store, and cook potato gnocchi. To share with you all the secrets and tips we have learned over the years (and tears!) that have made other chefs admit that Nonna Zanella’s gnocchi are the best.
In Addition, we will teach you how to make a simple appetizer, dessert and sauce to make a nice 3 course meal!
