The staff of life! We will teach you how to make a few different breads and other proofed goodies. Bread baking is not as hard as people think but a baker must learn a few simple techniques and patients.

What you will learn:

  • Working with yeast dough

  • Understanding the many intricacies of a yeast dough

  • Kneading

  • Shaping bread dough

  • Different ways to proof dough

  • How to tell when bread is done

The Menu:

  • Focaccia

  • Brioche

  • Pane Carasau

What’s Included:

  • All cutlery and ingredients needed to prep and create the dishes

  • Recipe cards

Please note that you will be standing and cooking for up to 2 hours. We advise that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
