Our goal for this class is to teach you our version of a few classic dishes that can be served during the holiday season or all year long. These dishes could be a side accompaniment to any dinner or a delicious dinner on their own. In learning these dishes we will teach you how to make batches that can be stored for future use.

What you will learn:

  • Differences in which pears are good for poaching

  • How to make a tomato cause/gravy/red sauce/sugo

  • How to make meatballs

  • Cookie making and how to make delicious biscotti

  • Balancing flavors

  • General Knife Skills

  • Meal organization
